Does it cost anything?
No. The games are free, and you need no account.
When does a new player arrive?
Every day at midnight, Swedish time. Everyone gets the same player on the same day.
Which players are in it?
In England Edition, everyone in the first-team squads of England's top division. In Topp 5, everyone in the first-team squads of the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1. In Allsvenskan, everyone in this year's squads. In Djurgården, AIK and Hammarby, everyone who has been in the club's first team since 2000.
How is today's player chosen?
Completely at random. Everyone still gets the same player on the same day, so reloading the page will not give you a new one.
Where do the facts come from?
From open sources: Wikipedia, Wikidata, transfermarkt-datasets, Reep and Fantasy Allsvenskan. The portraits are free images from Wikimedia Commons and, for players in Allsvenskan, the league's own from allsvenskan.se. Everything is updated every Monday, and every source is listed under Sources.
Something is wrong. What do I do?
Email kontakt@sportsly.se and tell us what is wrong, and we will fix it.
Are my results saved?
Yes, in the browser on the device you play on. There is no account, so if you change phones or clear your browser, your statistics start over.
Can I share my result?
Yes. When the round is over, tap Challenge a friend. Only the coloured squares and a link to the game are shared, no names, so you do not give the answer away.
Is there a Sportsly app?
Not at the moment. But you can add Sportsly to your home screen and reach the games from there with one tap.
iPhone and iPad, in Safari:
Tap the menu button in the address bar and then Share. Tap View More, choose Add to Home Screen and tap Add. On an older iPhone, Share sits right in the toolbar.
Android, in Chrome:
Open the menu, choose Add to Home screen and tap Add.
Sportsly then sits on your home screen with its own icon. The steps are also under the gear in every game.
Will there be more games?
Yes, Sportsly is always being developed. Missing a club, a league or another category? Send a request to kontakt@sportsly.se.
Is Sportsly official?
No. Sportsly is not affiliated with any league or club, nor with Svensk Elitfotboll.
